MphRx announced that Columbia Asia Hospitals has launched its patient engagement app suite, with patient-facing apps available on web, Android and Apple devices.

Powered by MphRx’s FHIR-based digital health platform – Minerva, integrated patient engagement apps provide an aggregated view of patient health data across network hospitals and enable online booking of care services health and doctor’s appointment.

The Minerva patient engagement suite enabled them to deliver a single point-of-care solution on web and mobile. The underlying Minerva platform integrates clinical and non-clinical data across disparate healthcare IT systems and facilities to provide a 360-degree view of patient data instantly accessible from anywhere and on any device . The apps allow patients to book and manage appointments, instantly access all of their lab results and X-ray reports, and receive medication alerts and reminders.

The Minerva Customer Care app provides marketing and support tools that enable Columbia Asia Customer Service to manage patient onboarding, book and manage appointments on behalf of patients, and set up and manage appointment slots for all doctors.

Physicians at Columbia Asia Hospitals, through the Minerva Physician App, will have instant access to aggregated medical records, order laboratory and radiology services for patients, add and edit progress notes, and view and edit discharge summaries of any hospitalization episode.
